It was Christmas Eve and i had a tooth issue. Since i'm Canadian, speaking only English and French, it was a challenging process to find a dentist with whom i would be able to communicate with. I found Doctor Svetlana here on Google (thanks God) and i called her to arrange a meeting with her. She booked me an appointment and she was very professional to me. She spend 2 hours by completely fixing my tooth, taking care all the necessary Covid measurements into consideration. She explained my situation and resolved the problem. Lastly, she expressed her interest on me by texting and asking me if there would be any issue to me after fixing it. Thank you Doctor, i strongly recommend you. Excellent clinic. I visited Anastasia Sergeevna. This is the first dentist in my life, to whom there are no complaints. And at night she consulted when the tooth was very painful and took it before the clinic opened. I did the job perfectly, the anesthesia worked well, no pain, I am terribly afraid of dentists, but here I even managed to fall asleep, the fillings were all delivered with high quality. Insanely happy that I finally found a good dentist !!!

I want to leave my review and protect the people of young and inexperienced doctors. I came to this clinic in November for a consultation with Anastasia Galchuk. Did inspection and consultation for free. After some time I came to treat my teeth, as a result, I made a bunch of X-rays of the pictures, treated 2 teeth and paid 2000 UAH, nobody issued the check, if you pay by card then transfer it to someone on the card but for some reason it didn’t really bother me ... After some time I was prompted by a very sharp toothache, I wrote to her because I could not look for another clinic. Thanks to her for the responsiveness they took me to work at 7 in the morning. It turned out I had a banal neuralgia. On the same day they made me a wisdom tooth (put a seal) and the incisor increased because the layer was worn out and there was a high sensitivity. Paid 1800 and still took the x-ray of the previous time, supposedly, again without a check. And from 2 months later the seal fell out, the tooth broke off, secondary caries formed. The country is quarantined, a crisis, and you have two holes in your teeth in your mouth, a broken tooth and a bursting pain. Everything is fine.

Wonderful dentistry, the whole family has been observed and treated here for many years. A child from two years old walks every six months with absolutely no fear, although his teeth have already been filled four times. He says that it hurts, but he’s not afraid anyway, they know how to find an approach. Well, adults were just lucky :) although some are afraid no less - or even more - than a child

I will write my review. Was in this dentistry in October. I had an examination and consultation. They took the money. As it turned out later, examination and consultation are free and a treatment plan is made. Was at the dentist Anastasia Galchuk. I wrote, apologized and said that they could transfer money to a card or include it in the cost of paying for subsequent treatment. They said that the site did not have time to change the information. But I wrote from another issue and they told me that the examination and consultation is free, the preparation of a complex treatment plan and pictures are only paid. Here is such an incident ... Okay... I asked for disposable sterile sets. They said that there is. Typically, such kits are in a craft bag and they are opened in the presence of the patient. It wasn’t. The set was already lying on the table at the dentist and I can’t be sure that they are separately sterilized in these packages. I arrived two months later in December. A lot has changed in the clinic. Shoe covers. They got a card, clarified all the points about health, allergies. I did a professional cleaning. The gum was bleeding a little, but it became easier. In general, the procedure is normal. The doctor carefully tried to do and took into account my wishes, so that the paste was polished with low abrasion, as the enamel is sensitive. I was given recommendations on how to rinse. They gave pasta as a gift. There were discounts and promotions. My toothbrushing cost me 950 UAH + fluoridation as a gift. I thought they would be fluorinated. But it was fluoridating paste. I then checked with the doctor. But they did not draw up a treatment plan for me. They just said where what caries and about cost. And they could not take a picture to see the top of the root. They did it several times and still nothing. That money for the consultation went to pay for the picture. But in general, everything seems to be in order and it is only necessary to change the seal. We found out that the tooth was in front, there it was also necessary to change the fillings. The second consultation was more informative. But I had to ask for burls from bruxism and found out that braces are necessary. And I asked for the enamel, it is erased. This is due to bite and the problem must be solved. What I didn’t like: -That they don’t open the sterile tool in the craft bag with you, but bring it. - That they did not make up a treatment plan, although it is written about this on the website and on the doctor’s page. What I liked: -Purity. The doctor constantly processes the gloves before getting into your mouth. -Tells what he does, what kind of tool and what kind of tool they will put on your teeth. -If you ask a doctor, he will tell you in more detail about a particular service. It was a little embarrassing to ask a lot, but this is not a minus. And the spots on the counter where the tools are next to the chair. But in general I am satisfied. And the result of the procedure.
