Well, everything, they ordered it, they didn’t take an advance from us and promised free delivery to the entrance. Quarantine has begun, the husband is boiling, they say all our beds are covered, the children will sleep with us further. I called the store, they said they would deliver it on the weekend, they were waiting for the mattresses. Instead of two weeks, they brought us everything on the sixth day, thank you so much, my husband thought I would eat me in two weeks. Almost two months have passed, the beds and more like new, the mattresses are amazing, we want to order these too after quarantine. We are waiting for the start of sales of children's furniture for you, but now we need cabinets and a chest of drawers for beds. OOO Thank you so much !!!!! I wish you always 36.6 and not cough.

All conditions are described on the site, but no one spoke about this, so that I read them, as a result of those. the director began to raise goals, said we refuse your order and hung up. I called the director, I am aware of the situation, but the director doesn’t want to take your order in any way, and she won’t make a bed without him. Here is such an experience, despite the fact that there was no rudeness on my part, I simply questioned the conditions in detail, as no one had provided them.

We ordered a children's bed in this store, everything was ok with the terms, but the bed had a manufacturing defect, which was refused to be changed, referring to the fact that it was damage during transportation. Everything was packed above all praise, and cardboard and foam rubber, so draw your own conclusions. And by the very nature of the damage, it can be seen that the transportation is nothing to do with it, the bloated trimming and its absence in some places are not from transportation. There is no check or expenditure invoice either, only the assembly instructions with the date by hand. When viewed on delivery, this defect was not visible under the stretch film, and when collected they saw it. When you buy such a product on the Internet, you rely on maximum support from the seller, because you don’t buy shoes, the state of which is immediately understandable. When contacting, they sent a photo of the bed before sending it and wrote that it was in good condition, but dear, all the photos that were provided by you from a different angle, I am silent about that from far away. Not a single photo from the side where the marriage was not. I'm not saying that you saw this defect and deliberately sent the marriage, this is a human factor, you can not notice, but you need to solve the problem, take responsibility, admit your mistakes and go to meet customers. And not like you, shift the responsibility to the delivery service and write that we ourselves have chosen a new mail, but you do not trust her. Why did you not immediately voice this fact? Not advised? Well, now the good, about the bed itself, the bed is beautiful, made with high quality, easy to assemble, the quality of the material and the fixings is good, not flimsy. In general, everything would be great with this bed, if not for marriage. Work on customer support and prices you will not.

The company is cheating with deadlines. It is impossible to achieve a specific date of receipt of the order. Blatant rudeness and no professionalism. 20 days after making the advance payment, I had to refuse the services of such an unscrupulous company. The advance was returned to me. I do not recommend contacting! The company's response to my review is a complete lie. I know for sure that I myself will never turn to this company and share my impressions with my friends.
