No one ever picks up the phone. Our family doctor Sarkisova resigned (thank God), I have no opportunity to find out who is serving me now. Called 103 - they do not do tests, send to the family. Called the hotline 0800 ..., recommend a warm drink, antipyretics and self-isolation ... and contact the family. I'm with symptoms, now I'll go to the fucking clinic!

The ophthalmologist refused to accept electronically from the therapist, he needs a referral on paper. According to the reform, from April 2020, directions are issued in electronic form .. It seems that there is no idea about the reform there. The second point is the lack of masks by doctors. Patients at the entrance measure the temperature, ask for a mask ... but this does not concern doctors.

The doctor closed in the office for 50 minutes with the nurse with the tea, while my elderly parents with fever stood and waited for them to finish their tea. After that the doctor went out and went to the call .... and they had to wait about 2 more hours under the office !!!! During this time, the father's temperature rose from 37.2 to 38.9 !!!!! I am amazed, you are generally people there and you remember how to get sick and that you have parents .....? Not to mention that you are at work, and it would not hurt to work during working hours !!!!!!

my family doctor quit, they didn’t inform me about it, when I came to get a referral to the surgeon, they said they’ll give it, but there are no free family doctors, now I came with an acute back pain, not only did they shout at me because they couldn’t figure out where it was my house, so later they said that they could not help with anything, all I can say is a disgusting clinic, disgusting doctors who will not help even if you die in their presence.
