Absolutely not a pleasant impression of the clinic. I signed up for one specialist (for me it was fundamental), and in fact got to another. The one I went to had good reasons for being away, but no one warned me about it (private clinics usually warn me about such things). But approx. The new specialist turned out to be attentive and explained everything well. The attitude and situation in the clinic is not healthy, starting from the threshold where there is a crowded urn for used shoe covers, many of which are lying on the floor and no one will remove them, until the moment when the calculation, when no one gave me a check. The attitude of receptionists is a separate topic. It feels like they don't really need you. Yes, come on, then figure it out for yourself. Next - the cherry on the cake - I waited for my reception for 15 minutes above the recording time, but in the last minutes of the reception in the office constantly looked so that my specialist and I vacated the office. It was very unpleasant. I came for a quality consultation, not for the "snippet" of time that you will throw me off the gentleman's shoulder for my own money. One star for the service. About the specialist - I will write separately in another place.

The clinic itself is pleasant, clean and comfortable. I signed up quickly, it was free. I cannot say the same about the reception itself, the dermatologist Artyukhov Roman Vladimirovich had. At the consultation, I did not receive anything peculiar, I asked questions myself and pulled out the answers. The procedure for removing moles, the doctor is not an oncologist, I asked about the risks and the possibility of carrying it out. Nobody took any data about the state of health, no questionnaires, my medical history, contraindications, allergies, considering that there was anesthesia. Perhaps as a practitioner, a good doctor and everything went well, but there was no consultation. Recommendations for care itself clarified, written on a piece of paper without the clinic's markings.

very, very dubious honey. center - was at the reception of 2 doctors: from the first I received such advice on health complaints "Dietary supplements from America are useless, but you eat carrots, your eyesight will be normal," and so on, and from the second I received an answer to my complaint you will perceive this as an absurd misunderstanding "... and only after some time I realized that they apparently also took money from me for 2 analyzes, despite the fact that only 1 was handed over. Let's summarize from the experience of communicating with doctors from this hospital - 1) they can cheat 2) such professionals work, or people are far from client-oriented and those who do not want to return to for a second appointment!

Finally, the Oxford Center was opened at Pobeda. Before that I had to go to Kalinovaya, then to Glinka. It was there that I first got an appointment with the gynecologist - Anastasia Kazydub. I think for any girl the choice of a gynecologist is always a very delicate matter. And a good gynecologist should be not only a good specialist, but also a kind of psychologist who can be trusted. So when I got to Anastasia, she immediately won over, calmed me down, greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. Fortunately, the reason for going to the gynecologist was not serious, a routine examination. But the reception was very comfortable and on a positive note. Anastasia is a young girl, but despite this, she is already an excellent specialist. Attentive, open and welcoming. Always in touch and ready to help at any time. In our time, such qualities among doctors are very rare.

5 stars can only be given to the advice of a gynecologist, a good specialist and her fault in the minuses that are not described below ... The rest is "hug and cry". In order, cons: 1. Turning to the city line, I found out for the analysis, which is not taken everywhere (Invitro and a couple of paid ones). I called twice and twice they told me that this analysis was being carried out, there was even a recording of the conversation. 2. In order to get tested, you need to make an appointment with a doctor in any case. That is, it is impossible to simply pass an expensive test and you additionally need to pay 350-450 UAH, depending on the doctor. 3. Getting to know the mountains. the line where the analyzes are done was told to me in my own laboratory and it was important, in fact it turned out that makes them Sinevo, ta-dumm! You are already at a consultation and it is already being held, and you are being told about it there. 4. No shoe covers, the corridor to the reception rooms is close (ie, what kind of cleanliness and sanitation are we talking about?;) 5. Some doctors go to the front desk and can discuss medical issues loudly enough, so that it becomes unethical in relation to other patients. Whether or not to go is up to you!
