I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying strollers in this store, in less than a year (in the first 9 months) 3 breakdowns + seams in textiles have burst! For almost a month and a half, we didn’t have any parts of the stroller, while the guarantee was not extended! The plastic bumper cracked from the effort of a 9 month old baby in a sitting position !? Is this called quality? Friends, the product I bought is a clear marriage, but Chico doesn't think so! For using a terrible stroller instead of an exchange, they offered a -10% discount on any purchase, when we came to make it - they said "oh, not possible." I am ashamed of such a service in Ukraine, when will the time already pass that we are selling trash without hesitation? Unacceptable reviews are not added to the site. One star for adequate sellers in the store, friendly and polite, otherwise the service, communication service center - 🤬!

A few days ago we went to the store to see the model of the stroller that we wanted to buy. The store is very comfortable and cozy. The staff met kindly. We were accompanied by a consultant Timur. Showed several models, talked about the benefits of each. It was so pleasant to communicate with him that we decided to buy a pram in this store, and not to order via the Internet as we had planned. The stroller was taken home for free. Made a discount on it. Which is doubly nice. Made a gift like a future mother. This is a Chicco kit, which includes a silicone dummy, means for and after bathing your baby and lactation inserts and many different discounts! For what I want to express a special thank you! There is also a warranty card. We are very pleased with the purchase and service! We will definitely make purchases in this store. I recommend this place to everyone !!

A shame. Scammers. For the bag that was torn on the second day (dropped buckle), took for repair 105 hryvnia. They themselves offered to bring a bag for warranty repair. After they decided to enrich themselves for 105 hryvnia.
