Until the last moment, I did not believe that it would be possible to buy a decent product and also return it due to faults in the event of a malfunction) With all that has been said, I can assure you of one thing by buying a top-end gaming mouse (Xtrfy M42 RGB) here, using it for more than two weeks, I want to say that I did not find a single minus (defects due to product delivery, poor service, etc.). And even more so, discounts in the store are pleasant.

Ordered a toy house Lil Woods. Agreed payment, day of dispatch and postal company. Sent very carefully packed, on time. Satisfied with the order, I recommend this store.

The following smartphones were purchased at the SMARTS store: Samsung, iPhone 8 + 256gb, iPhone pro max 512gb, jbl Charge 4 speaker, as well as constantly changing glasses and covers. The store made concessions and made discounts, everything was fine. But the last visit to the store disappointed. An unpleasant situation happened: the iPhone pro max was let into the water for half a meter, for 30 seconds. After that, glitch appeared on the screen and stopped working. The phone is still under warranty. We went to the smart store where we bought it. We were told that water is not a guarantee case. Okay But here immediately we had doubts about the quality of the phone. Since the manufacturer claims that the phone is waterproof and immerses the phone up to 4 meters for 30 minutes. We left the phone in the store for a day, after which we are told the cost of repair is a screen replacement in the amount of UAH 14,500. Respectively, buying such an expensive thing and even under warranty, the price outraged us and we asked for a discount. They refused us and did not make concessions. In addition, we were also charged 500 UAH for cleaning the phone after water. But when we took it to another service, we were told that no one was cleaning it and it was constantly flooded with water. We conclude: after this incident, we have doubts about the quality of the products of the Smart store. We are simply obliged to contact the consumer rights society! We didn’t want to make concessions to regular customers, we didn’t want to make a discount, they tricked us, we ripped off 500 UAH for nothing, we sold a phone of dubious quality. Bottom line: I DO NOT RECOMMEND SMARTS store !!!
