As a result, there is no steam there, the holes for the inlet of water and the outlet of steam are deaf: there is nowhere to fill in and, even if there was a generator, there is no place for steam to go out, as soon as they did not try to turn it on. To my question on how to use the steam in this case, they dropped a video with a completely different model and a smile, although I provided a photo with deaf burners. As a result, the next day, after the promise to clarify this issue, just ignore. I understand that I will not return the already assembled kitchen, but it would be possible to react. Other buyers may also buy and be disappointed, especially since the price is not quite cheap. It is clear that the store sells Chinese goods that are not original quality, but the price is the same as that of other sellers. If you take something here, check the goods on the spot! The prices on the website are reasonable, the choice in the store too. BUT. Your sellers are not customer-oriented at all. Last week I needed a set for sand, knowing that there is your store in Hermes (and having looked on the website that you have such sets), I immediately went to it, in the end, the seller said that the goods were in the back room and for the sake of one set she will not watch anything. Moreover, it was said in such a way that the desire to come here again and to buy something in the future disappeared.

I had problems registering on the site, since 15 I had to confirm the password ... it didn’t bother me much, because there is this store in the area where I live. 03/07/2020, at about 11 days I visited this store and asked the girl to help me leave an order on the site. After hearing the answer, call the Internet manager yourself .... well, ok, this did not bother me either. She called, the manager answered, told her that I want to buy a certain model of the bike, she promised me that she would find out if they had one and would send me this information in Viber. Not waiting for the information, after 40 minutes I called back and reminded myself and my request, to which I heard an answer that they remember about me and will soon write everything. Well, ok, I've been waiting for the second day. Service - horror, customer focus - the bottom bottom, and it is VERY POSSIBLE that there is NO POSSIBILITY TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON THE SITE, maybe the management would have seen and tried to figure out and find out why there are so many negative reviews. And yes, I told the child I bought, of course, in another place.
