Решил обновить свой XR на современный 12. При выборе магазина опирался на профессионализм менеджеров. И хотел брать телефон только у представителя APPLE в Украине, что бы быть спокойным если умения возникнут какие то вопросы по товару то мне помогут быстро и с гарантией. Мой выбор пал на ion.ua При продаже меня профессионально проконсультировали по параметрам нового iPhone 12 Всем рекомендую работать только с профессионалами, такими как ion.ua

I definitely don't recommend it. I bought defective equipment on 12/29/2020, until now the money for the goods has not been returned in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection. Just an attempt to ignore my rights and pick a new computer. Director Nikolay Nikolayevich Trotsenko absolutely ignores the situation to this day. I recommend avoiding this store.

The store is like a store, so far I have no complaints about the products. I took off the stars for the service: when the seller realized that I would not buy any additional guarantee or accessories, he immediately turned away and did not answer "please" or "goodbye". Why show basic politeness if the buyer is not profitable enough, right?

I bought a phone there, not only was the price overstated, so they sold a low-quality phone, it lags hard, the sensor does not work synchronously, you have to be on the keyboard, the charge goes down in an hour, all the time there are problems with the speaker and the brightness of the screen, they refused to make a replacement. I don't want to sue. For all this happiness, I threw out about 18,000 UAH along with the cover. Indescribable joy.
