The store is good. I had a fracture. I needed a bandage. Sellers advised and advised Push. I am satisfied, the quality is just super. I also ordered individual insoles for my son, but of course not with ordinary ones. Individual insole is a masterpiece. I advise anyone to have problems with flat feet, be sure to purchase.

Today, New Mail sent me free (very nice) individual insoles. I did it again, because the first wore out (8 months of almost continuous wear). SMS came that regular customers receive a discount of 500 UAH. Why not take advantage of the discount? The reception was led by Dr. Marina Mikhailovna, an excellent specialist, she was with her for the first time. I read reviews - they praise them very much. After the wearing of insoles, the legs began to hurt less, swelling decreased. I am pleased! New insoles smell brand new, I will wear it with pleasure. Thank you for the high-quality personal service))))

I can say with confidence that after 3 years from the moment of my previous appeal, Ortos has seriously degraded! This consists in the fact that the insoles were altered to me twice (!) And both times they were checked by the orthopedic surgeon Dubich MM, who for some reason "did not notice" at first that they confused right-left, making the thickening of the insole under the heel not that foot and then that insoles did just shit. And this after her assurances that the skill of their production has grown greatly during this time, and she herself is a super-demanded doctor who is difficult to get to. The head of the diagnostics department, Irina, was never able to intelligibly explain what happened to my insoles. So having returned my money with a fight and having lost 1.5 months of time and uncountable nerves, I now need to start the process of making individual insoles from the beginning, but in a different place. Shame and disgrace "Ortos"! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

You cannot return purchased insoles (with a receipt and packaging, not worn). Although 14 days have not been canceled by law. Question to the owner - explain this rule of yours?
