Hello! Today I wanted to make a return of sandals. The young man already wanted to make a return, when a woman administrator with a short haircut refuses at age, arguing that the sandals were already worn. Not even 24 hours have passed since the purchase! She did not react to my arguments, but began to be rude! I went to Ocean Plaza there to make a return without any problems! Age problems in this store in Magellan and this particular woman is not the first time! Dear Intertop management, please react!

Awful online store. I ordered North Face gloves and caps, the caps came not original, one of them is muddy, worn, gloves are a different model. Shocked by such a service, absolutely do not care about the reputation

The number exists exclusively for those who want to listen to beeps. I didn't want to come just like that, namely to buy a model that I liked. As a result, as I felt, my size was not. I am glad that the staff are friendly and tried to help me, so the score is not 1 but 2.

It’s not realistic to get through to this store. I come for timberlands - the administrator and the seller looked at each other with such a smile, as if I were the last homeless person and came for alms! The client is not noticed until you personally contact, even if the store is empty. Today I come, until the closure of another 10 minutes, the doors are closed, they will not let us in, although people walk quietly inside. What kind of attitude? Do you have a VIP room reserved there? Management clearly does not follow the store. Instead of the client having a desire to return and make them profit, there is a desire not to return there anymore. In other intertopes there is no such problem. One + only, what exactly in such "not running" shops basically the sizes necessary for me remain.

No normal service. I ordered shoes on the site, the size did not fit, I say exchange, the consultant with a frostbitten voice says that I should go to the store to exchange or she will place a new order for me but the price of the goods is already 500 UAH more expensive. I say I didn’t buy at the store to go exchange there. I ordered in an online store, I want to exchange it in an online store. But no, a frostbitten voice said that only at a higher price.
