Without a doubt - one of the best hotel in this region!! Animation, service, lounge, view - all is great! Feel like a true egoist!

Great service, much better than I expected. The food in the restaurant was simply delicious, while my wife and I were allowed to enjoy some time together, having taken our two kids to the Kids Club that egoist resort offer. Rated 5 out of 5

I advise everyone to go to another place for this amount of money, because it does not cost any of your hryvnia. NEVER met anything like this in hotel complexes, in sanatoriums was not 😁The reception was quite nice girls, we were quickly settled (it was the second half of September) .The room is large and clean. Were very tired from the road, went to dinner at the restaurant "CLOUD". It seemed that the security guard's relatives work there. No "good afternoon" or menu. 10 minutes of waiting. As a result, they brought us an order, but forgot one main course. They brought it after a reminder, but it wasn't before. Everything is ok with the beach, you have to pay 200 hryvnias for gazebos..ok, paid..because there is no umbrella on the beach. Children's room, animators how pofinistic..nobody tried to somehow involve children in the game. It's more "overseers" than fun animators. And the biggest downside is that the children's room worked when they come up with. Back in the hotel, the same employees celebrated their wedding, behaved frankly pathetically ... And the pools laughed like pigs..it was disgusting to watch. the hotel should be quiet after 10.30 pm, but the hotel staff itself is probably not affected. Dining room. A separate topic..food as if in a children's cafeteria. From the menu chicken, hake, herring, vegetables and various salads (cabbage, cucumbers) .. on the seventh day it was impossible to look at it all. But there were no alternatives..in the restaurant almost nothing was..Dishware beaten, water cooler shitty with flies 🤮🤮🤮🤮 That's how "feel selfish, do not deny yourself anything" In short I can go on indefinitely .. When we gave the keys to us even goodbye and "come again" no one said .. ALTHOUGH we did not talk about their claims, because it made no sense. Nothing would have changed. Here, tell me, please, if the administrator, receptionist, waiters, cleaners, caretakers, etc. every day they pour themselves water from a kudler obkakhan flies, and in the kitchen hangs a flytrap which is 1578642 years..because there is nowhere for the flies to stick (visible in the window from the table) ... this institution has a future or RESPECT for its guests ??

In July, a family of five rested. We rented a cottage of two rooms. I liked the fact that we have the most necessary weight, clean, good furniture. Also, this complex has a good location. The food is very tasty, there are relaxation areas with cocktails and hookah. When we were resting there were a lot of people, all the rooms are occupied. In general, I liked it, the staff is trying to make the stay comfortable!

So my husband and I were earlier in this complex and only pleasant and positive emotions remained! The territory is really clean and beautiful, it is convenient that the beach is not far away, I would seem close by!)) We checked in on arrival, they did not force us to wait until they cleaned or prepare the room, but checked into the finished room! They communicate with a smile, in general, I’ll say right away that the service is high quality) The food on the Swedish line is delicious, so we did not feel any problems with what to eat. It's cool that there are hookahs and cocktails in the lounge area and even delicious burgers) The place is pleasant, the time flew by as usual on vacation - quickly.
