Wonderful place, surrounded by nature. The house itself has everything you need- bath, kitchen, all made in wooden antique style. You have the atmosphere there to clear your mindset and to become one with the nature. Definitely recommend!!

The place is beautiful, the bath is great, the house is spacious, everything is for living. The main thing around in a radius of 1 km there is no one. But the owner said that a lot of firewood was used and it is necessary to pay 500 UAH. Given the fact that we used less than half to cook kebabs and melted the bath, and what he himself said before the arrival on electricity and firewood do not save, let everything be included! To date, the price of 1 cube of chopped oak firewood is UAH 750. And we also chopped ourselves and didn't use the cube for sure. It is not pleasant such attitude of the owner to clients, somehow in a sly way. Given the cost of renting RanchoRai. There is no desire to go there again.

We went to celebrate a birthday with friends. They made a mistake that they took the house for a day. In such a cozy place, without neighbors, with such beautiful nature, you need to go for at least 2 days. The house is all cozy, the house is cleaned, there were a lot of people, everything fit) The fireplace in the house makes its comfort. A bath near the river, this is very cool. In general, I advise everyone, with family or friends is a very good option to relax from the bustle of the capital.
