Not professionalism and inaction I see for the first time. I sent the parcel by cash on delivery, it turned out without being viewed by the recipient ... We went to the department in order to change it, it was sat. the operator said he would do it on weekdays, as on Sat. something doesn't work (probably the brain). A couple of days have passed, again I ask, how is it? In response, oh, this is impossible, you have to return the parcel to change "without viewing" to "with viewing by the recipient" .... no words. Let's return, in return, yes, I will. A couple more days pass, (the department works every other day), where is the package? The status on the site does not change, in response, and so she herself will come ... Parcel number: 1961100109267 was sent on 11/10/2020, today 11/24/2020, and the parcel is still in the recipient's city ...
