Inadequate staff who do not listen and do not hear the customer. The main thing for them is to get your money, and then indifferent to all comments on the quality and functionality of the product. I will never recommend this "establishment of furniture makers" named after Giuseppe Stradivari.

Ordered a sofa "Rio" remotely, because it was not possible to come to the salon. But this was not a problem, because in the process of ordering the manager provided all the necessary information, both photos of the product and photos of fabrics. Remotely everyone agreed and agreed on delivery. Since I did not have critical deadlines, I did not notice whether they fit into them. I was just called when the product was ready. Delivered, lifted, collected - satisfied with both the product and the work of the factory. It is very strange that Google maps have such a low rating. In my case, everything went without any problems.

Review directly about the Factory. There are no complaints about product quality But! If you expect to receive your order on time, this is not about the Lefort factory. There are no deadlines at the factory, be prepared to wait for your orders for 2-3 months and at the same time receive a stereotyped message from the manager "The order is in progress, we will inform you of readiness next week".

On June 19, 2020, she had the misfortune to order a sofa at the Lefort factory. At the order took a subscription in 50% of cost of the ordered sofa, specified term of performance of the order in 30 working days. Of course, no one brought the sofa to me within the stipulated period, and its delivery was postponed twice more. Today I have another promise - the sofa should be delivered on August 12, but I'm afraid that on August 12 I will not receive my sofa. Is anyone responsible for such work in this production - or are you just stupidly throwing people for money! ???

Ordered a sofa "Turin", we liked the sofa, satisfied with the quality, there were no questions about the product, but about the terms of delivery of goods, service sellers are a lot of negative, do not warn about delays, the buyer must find out about their product, roughly talk to their customers, so from this we can conclude that they do not work for the customer, but for one-time purchases!
