1.12.2019 visited the G&P store located in Boryspil on the street. Kiev Way 10, to look at the sofa. The sales consultant, having listened to my wishes, provided comprehensive information and offered many options to choose from. Having consulted with the model of the sofa, the consultant informed that the order would have to wait about a month. 12/18/2019 I was pleasantly impressed when I received a call from the store informing me that the sofa was already available. It was delivered the same day. What amazed me was that the delivery was made at a convenient time for me, just after 8:00 pm and I did not have to change my plans and the shop adjusted to my requirements. I would also like to thank the seller-consultant and all the store staff. I applied, I will still address and recommend to everyone!

The company is deceiving customers. It all started with false information about the manufacturer. I have been told for a long time that the sofa is manufactured by the Lviv factory and that they are distinguished by high quality products. As a result, after the purchase, it was discovered that the sofa was made in the White Church. Naturally, they didn’t bring it on the promised day, but that would also not be the reason for my negative feedback. They brought the next day. Brought into the courtyard of a private house. The sofa was wrapped in film. I asked to open and inspect what I heard a story about what a decent company they are and even if something goes wrong, all issues are resolved very quickly. At the same time, they also poured mud over their competitors. As a result, we paid, after 5 minutes we brought the sofa ourselves and found that a piece of fabric was simply torn out. I immediately dialed the seller several times - naturally, no one picks up the phone. I am writing SMS about the reason for my call with a request to call back - no one calls back for two days. On the third day, the truth was picked up, they said that they could not prove anything - so I'm sorry. People, take care of your nerves. Despite the fact that the sofa really costs 2,000 UAH more than its competitors. I just needed a certain color and urgently. I had a similar situation with the online store stool. Wrongly calculated the cost of the wrong category of fabric and I accidentally saw this 2 weeks after the purchase. On the same day, they apologized and the money on the card was returned. This is what people value their reputation. And here, obviously, the seller, Tatyana, is clearly lying in the face and does not blush. And then she also tells you that you yourself damaged the sofa and they are not ready to discuss anything - neither the return of the goods, nor the replacement of the marriage, nor compensation. Boors P. S. Response to owner comments. For three days you can’t find an opportunity to call back when you see an SMS saying that the sofa is defective is also a reputation. I really examined the sofa, but it was 4 days before the purchase and then there were no questions to it. But the fact that the delivery staff persuaded me not to open and not to inspect the sofa !!!!, arguing that if there are questions, they will quickly solve everything. Now I understand that they knew that they themselves damaged the sofa and were just in a hurry to sign the documents and wash their hands. This is what kills the most.

The reputation of this store has deteriorated because people complain that the owners have taken the path of fraud and do not perform their duties to customers.

Good furniture is not expensive.
