The need for the help of a nutritionist arose in connection with the pregnancy. I wanted to understand exactly that I am eating "right" and that I am eating for one, not for two. And the option “eat whatever my heart desires, I'm pregnant” did not suit me.
A consultation with Elena and subsequent nutritional support helped me significantly to understand the usefulness of different foods, shift the emphasis from carbohydrates to protein, drink plenty of proper water, I learned to eat a lot of vegetables and herbs, keep stocks of healthy food and bread in the freezer (!). I also learned to read food labels and choose healthy ones.
As a result, in a short period of time I quickly got rid of toxicosis, stopped feeling heaviness after eating, I do not overeat and do not starve.
