Full unsanitary conditions (I saw scraps behind sofas). A bewildered guard in front of my eyes, some tipsy peasant beat him on the street, went over it for the fact that he felt ill. He kicked lying on the ground (just a shock). Himself not of Slavic appearance with a beard. Impressions were generally very negative after that. In general, not the best institution in the city.
