Not Valery, but Valeria. The assessment is based on the situation that has developed during the service in your salon. I went to your manicure studio for a while and everything was fine, Master Victoria. Then, under certain circumstances, she signed up for Alina's master and was very disappointed. Manicure was not done well, cuts 3 fingers, one of which was inflamed. After re-visiting the salon and changing the master, the problem was solved. Surprised and grateful for the attention of the salon management, even though the situation and the lack of response to it took quite a long time. I am very grateful to master Lyudmila for her professionalism.

Earlier I went for a manicure to various masters, the latter being Victoria and Alina. After the last visit, I decided to change the salon, and what was my surprise when, in the new salon, the master refused to cover and recommended to go to the doctor urgently (for a long time), since under the nails there are voids near the cuticles, which I did not know about before (due to the fact that This can only be noticed by a professional who works with nails). The masters in 5b either do not give a damn about the client, or they are simply not corny and do not know that in such cases it is necessary to draw the client's attention to the problem, and not just mask with a new layer of coating. As a result of visiting a doctor today, a refusal - from coverage for at least half a year and appropriate treatment, the doctor confirmed that this problem has been for more than half a year and a normal manicure master would definitely draw the client's attention. It is a pity that there were no such professionals in this salon.
