Not very pleasant impressions from visiting Ban-tu on Krivonosa, 27. Were in the room hammam (20.02.21). Very cold! Even in the steam room! This is not a hammam! In the hammam - a constant temperature (about 50-60 ° C), high humidity, poor visibility (steam !, not the absence of any lighting in the steam room !!!) and warm seats. And here - visitors have cold legs and thighs from sitting on a cold tile (even two hours after the start of rest!). "Aunt - supervisor" could only offer to raise the temperature ... As they say, this .... To sit in the jacuzzi, poured into the bath 4 (four !!!) full buckets of hot water collected in the shower! Speaking of the shower .... For some reason it does not close from the common living room! And in the toilet - cold as on the street! Only good company saved this weekend in the hammam from complete failure! Ban Administration, please note ....

DO NOT GO THERE. He was with his wife and friends. The attitude of the administrator is boorish. The pool is dirty, the light bulbs above it are not lit, probably not to show how dirty the water in the pool. I had to ask for a kettle and toilet paper, which should be automatic. THE MAIN THING IS NOT THE CLIENT but all sorts of little things The festive mood was completely spoiled. ((( The money was taken away and they hurried away from that horrible place

Having visited this sauna, we were satisfied. A pleasant meeting, a sauna with a high temperature, a clean pool where you can cool down perfectly, two showers and a private get-together corner - everything you need for a comfortable time in the bathhouse. We would love to go there again :)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! Lack of normal lighting, leaves in the pool from brooms, peeling walls, dissatisfied, boisterous administrator, in the two-story suite there is no kettle, basic hygiene products, billiards (500 UAH deposit, so as not to snatch balls and cue) in the toilet no paper (also to did not snatch) + for all this chic service subscription. People are NORA, do not waste your time and mood on a trip to such a place

Terrible place! Boorish attitude of the staff, dirty water in the pool, walls and furniture are abandoned and dirty! When they came to rest, the attitude was as if we owed them something, in communication the very rudeness and ignorance! And when asked to put toilet paper in the toilet, in response we were told that they would check whether we would steal it !!! After outright rudeness, we didn't stay there !!! Such people have no place in the position of service personnel !!!
