We made an appointment during working hours to restore the card the next day after the blocking, and at that time they were just servicing the equipment, but as you understand, I do not live in the next house and to get to their department I had to spend my working time, take time off at work, in general I do not recommend. Not a fan of PrivatBank, but they have a completely different level of service and customer focus, despite the long queues in private, which also indicates its popularity and demand.

Excellent ATM. He is always full of new crisp bills with the image of Taras Shevchenko, Lesya Ukrainka or Mikhail Grushevsky. But only those owners of a bank card who know the pin code can receive these treasures. The ATM is reliably protected and is under video surveillance. Alas, but the ATM works only for delivery. Replenish the card account through this ATM will not work. The ATM very rarely hangs, but even if this happens, the engineers quickly repair it.
