I have not seen such a mess and lawlessness in any pharmacy. The people who work there have simply already been "recycled" apparently, snickering, so to speak. There is no culture of speaking with customers, no desire to help, no desire to work. I came with three recipes for ordering drops and ointments. The young girl who was standing at the checkout could not help me and give information clearly. She took one for some reason recipe and went to ask the “lady” who in the next room spoke loudly about the personal phone call. According to the first recipe they told me that they would not make the ointment, since they have nothing to do from it. They said if I bring pig fat, then they’ll do it, and this was all said by this lady in such a tone as if she is the owner of a pharmacy, and I came to her house to ask for something. I asked the girl what with the second recipes. She took again 1 recipe and again went to ask. She returned, said that the drops are ready. I asked to see. The peninsula date stood on 12/19/19 in drops, the expiration date is 30 days! I was at the pharmacy 01/15/2020 !!!! Drops are more than a month past due. The working staff (and it turned out to work a lot there) does not do anything at all, does not know what they are selling. Then she again took 1 recipe and went to ask another person. I barely figured out the drops, they promised to do it. I ask, what about the third recipe? Since there was a feeling that the girl had never worked in this area before, and she did not particularly strive. She took one recipe and went to ask. Then another “young lady” came out and claimed with a claim what I needed. She said that according to the third recipe they have everything, accused me of not understanding anything, after I said that they had a mess. They brought me an ointment, saying that it was yesterday, and then the girl took out a leaf and was about to write the date of production of the ointment to stick on the bottle. Can you imagine? Before that, I wanted to sell the expired drops, and now I decided to write my date. To my question why there is no date on the package, she did not know what to answer and went again to ask 🤦‍♀️. The answer is already obvious why there is no date. Yes, because they did this ointment last year, and they are waiting for their time and the new date of the peninsula, which is not written by this girl, but by another or third young lady. Everything is simple with them. And still in front of me were people whom this girl was serving, in a hurry to help me. Although when I came to the pharmacy with my prescriptions, there were no people. I spent 30 minutes at this place, and decided in these strange and dumb people not to order or buy anything. This I briefly described the whole situation, there were still nuances. The buyer who came wanted to take 40 syringes, the girl called to bring, they were not available, she giggled there and said to order. It can be seen that the staff does not give a damn about their work. That's all. I have a question for the owner, do you pay them s / n or not? Why are they so related to their work, thereby spoiling the reputation of the pharmacy and the owner himself? If you pay, then think well, for what? Because they are ruining you? Why is there no drug needed to make? Why are expired medicines of their own production sold? Why is there no production date on the packaging? Why are new staff not trained and not competent? Why does the staff behave as if they came to visit them? Think about it, it's your business ... Do you need it like that ???
