In principle, the store is good. The manager who accepts orders explains everything, shows, is in the catalogs of products with a collection of which are not available, and so on. But there are significant differences between a beautiful word and deed. For example, I ordered 12 items of plumbing products in August. There were 6 in stock. They promised that the other 6 would be in 2-3 weeks. In reality, in November they took 11, one position in the red. After a short search on the Internet, I found out that the product was discontinued in the summer. In principle, it could be obtained somewhere in the warehouse leftovers. But in the end they took an advance payment from us, then I paid the entire amount. In the end, I had to go to them again and collect money for the last item. But at Epicenter, this product was found and sent from a store in another region. Prices. The prices are the same in both Leokeramics and Epicenter. But if at the Epicenter they give a discount on the Vigod card or ATO participant - 10%. Then in Leoceramics there is an eye discount of 0.5 - 1%. The situation is similar with tiles. In the window there is, they promise what will happen. As a result, they cannot bring it from Poland. The Decor store was able to both order and bring.

The staff do not care about sales, they see it on the salary and not on the percentage, they promised to clarify about the availability of tiles in the warehouse and call back the next day, two days later, drove to the store with the same question, once again wrote down the phone number with the promise to clarify everything tomorrow, passed four days no call. The store has a good selection. But there are also competitors who value the client. For the first time in 15 years, repair robots do not want sellers to sell. Good luck.
