Previously, international parcels could be received in a separate window. Everything was relatively fast and without problems. Recently, through one general enormous queue, which simply does not always have time to defend. I don’t understand why to do this to the people ?!

The service is terrible! Let go very slowly. Two cash desks work, but there’s only one queue, where half of the visitors are with utility bills. Upon a request to issue parcels separately, they said that there was no one to plant. While I was waiting in line, all who came to receive, turned around and left. Please take action.

Free excursion to the 80s. Service, furnishings - everything from those times. At best, one person is released, although there are at least 5 of them at the department. What the rest are doing is a mystery.

3 days I come to the department at different times and can not pick up the parcels. In the queue you need to defend a lot of time. What service does ukrposhta charge for? Is this express mail like that ?!
