I want to thank the agency for their help. For a long time I was selling a house and nothing came of it. They came, looked and that's all. Already concluded a contract with not one agency and the results were not. Therefore, she did not want to sign the contract, but Elena believed and was very pleased. She is a great fellow, it is seen that she is very certified and understands the documents. Sold for 3 weeks and for the price I wanted. I didn't think that was the case. Very pleased! I turned to this agency on the recommendation of close friends. It was urgent to sell the house, there were reasons for that. After talking with their director, I did not believe what I heard. They promised to sell in 3 weeks and the price for the house was agreed, I was very pleased. As a result, the deadlines were met, and at a cost received even more than expected. I didn’t think that I would say it once, but now I will sell and buy only with a realtor and there are many reasons for this: saving time, money and nerves. I recommend this agency.
