When asked to help with the choice, he said that it was the work of other people who calculated the heat loss of the room. When they seemed to decide on the boiler, they asked to start registration, and the seller sat down to check the screwdriver. I have never seen such a terrible attitude. The first and last time I went to this store! Visited the store 06.09.2020. In the boiler sales department, you have one seller who walks without a badge and I don't know his name. About a month ago, my mother bought a boiler and there was the same young man who was just as rude to her. She closed her eyes and made a purchase, but it was the last purchase in your store. He can't help choose the product, because it's not his job, there are specially trained people for this, whose services cost more than a boiler - this is about the answer we received when we turned to him for help. It is a pity that you now have incompetent employees. We have always bought equipment from you, but we will not tolerate such an attitude towards ourselves and rudeness.

Good service center for the repair of equipment. Outstanding service, fast renovation, friendly staff. The service center is at a decent level.

The store is not what it used to be. There is no abundance of goods. Last time I was looking for the most ordinary video camera, not that there was no choice, there was not even one brand. And most importantly, the staff, you will no longer get an exhaustive answer to an elementary question, if you know what you need specifically, you can buy it, if it is not available, then on order, or in their online store. Prices are raised above the roof. The service is relatively qualified but VERY expensive.

Excellent shop. You can pick up all the home appliances. Huge selection of refrigerators, stoves, washers. I advise.
