After a 25-minute wait, I was forced to contact a hairdresser. At first, the hairdresser wanted to give me to another employee, but when he refused, the hairdresser offered to wait another 15 minutes (although, judging by the work, I doubted that it would be enough for 15 minutes) or write it down the next day. She also made it clear that I can generally refuse her services, that she does not care. Which I did. About the hairdresser - a man turned out to be very irresponsible and very groomed in appearance ...
