The claim concerns only the Kopiyka pharmacy at 15/32 Nebesna Sotnia Street, Poltava. Well duuuuuuuuzhe slow service. Tonight, November 6, 2020, about 17 hours in the hall worked 2 pharmacists (with one of them was a sign Technical break, ie on the fact of maintenance was conducted by one employee) - the queue gathered about 10 people, people crowded in the door, about social distance (taking into account the quarantine requirements) none of the pharmacists, apparently, have not heard, and if in other pharmacies of the same network indicated the number of people who can be in the hall at the same time, then here no one is watching. One of the pharmacists without a mask. The badge is also missing. When asked to wear a mask, she does not respond immediately, looks very surprised (I have the impression that she hears the need to wear a mask in the room for the first time) and then puts it on her mouth. I always place an online order. Online orders must be served without queuing. Specifically in this pharmacy you have to break through the queue, pharmacists do not ask if there is someone with an online order.
