Scandik Apartment Terrace

This apartment is modern and new and very comfortable. If you pay extra, you have access to the roof terrace which is amazing. It’s got a hot tub, table and chairs, chair swing and day bed. It’s a lovely place to relax. Oleg, the owner speaks English and is friendly and helpful. It’s quite light in the mornings.

The apartment is so cozy and with jacuzzi it was an awesome experience. There were a few inconvenience but I believe the host will solve them. He is helpful and easy to communicate. I definitely want to stay again.

Very Disappointing and very bad experience with Scandik Apartment. Be careful, this hotel doesn't respect their engagement and they are not fair (for example, from my experience, they withdraw in advance all amount and after impossible to use the "free cancellation" and the refund all the amount despite the global sales rules in "Booking"). Difficult to manage with them, I didn't obtain all my money finally... So, for foreign people : hotel to avoid if you are not around to deal with them and if you want to be quiet

Newly constructed building with beautifully designed apartments of international standard. Already most of the flats have been sold. In front of this building there are government institute building whereas on left side the Vorskla stadium is located at a short distance. On first floor there are a couple of restaurants MARIE and G-Bar. From stadium bus stop it is around 70 meters.

Very nice and cozy place in the very center of the city. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. And the atmosphere is very kind there. The furniture is new, the apartment is clean, all the conditions for living. And the terrace is just a bomb. Very cool jacuzzi. The view from the terrace is very beautiful. The owner is polite, met, settled. Have stayed there a couple of times already. I advise everyone.
