The first impression was unpleasant, but I was pleasantly surprised for the quick fix of situations. As an excuse, my order was re-made (free of charge) with the comments taken into account and delivered on time. Apologized for the inconvenience and made good sushi Thanks.

Ordered here not in the first place, I hoped to be corrected, but no. If you could put it in the red, I would do it. However, one star only for Pepsi and then I do not drink it. I'll start from the beginning. Orders were placed at 11:37, at 19:00. Came to order, turn. In the queue were people who could not get their order made at 16:30 and so on. They stood for 20 minutes, tired, called the bell, a courier approached (not the administration, namely the courier). They asked if we would receive our order and told us to wait. We managed to go to the pharmacy and supermarket. Still the queue. Half an hour later left the number and waited for a call. At 20:25 we got a call and we took the order. It's been an hour and a half! The roles themselves were awful. Neither look nor taste. Just awful. Lost time, spoiled mood, I can not say anything good. I do not advise anyone.

The operator was slow, very long, 4 minutes, looking for our address on the map. The set "2 kg for the birthday boy" was ordered. It came clearly on time, but the bottom of the sushi, very little soy sauce (6 saucers, but the sauce is only at the bottom and it is impossible to get wet normally). The holder for sticks is paid and costs 3 UAH (what? For 2 grams of plastic 3 UAH?). In general, after the Kiev restaurants of the chain, this one is like a canteen against the backdrop of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Administrator Maria is very pleasant in communication, attentive to customers, answered all questions and advised exactly what we wanted) the sushi is very tasty, they do not spare cream cheese and fish!
