The clinic is a nightmare, not otherwise. At the reception, they lose their cards, there is an exclusively rude cattle, not satisfied with life. Doctors deeply spit what and how with the child. Waiting at the clinic can take an hour, or even two. When trying to solve the problem, heading to chapters. to the doctor you get only "we can't do anything". Swear, don't swear, it's all the same, there's little use. The result is the same - all the workers in this pseudo-clinic are not up to you and your child.

We signed up 2 weeks before arriving, in the end we arrived at our time in the registry, they did not find our card, they sent it to the pediatrician and said that she had it. We stood with the baby for half an hour near the office, no one was there, returned to the registry to find out where the doctor was, where we heard the answer that she was on sick leave (this is a cattle who is rude in the registry, from the very beginning they could not say that she was not there ???). And then the most interesting thing began, our card was never found, the cattle from the registry said that there was nothing to help and that we would call our pediatrician and resolve this issue. And our miracle pediatrician didn't even deign to pick up the phone in 2 days of ringing. The bottom line is that the planned examination of the child at 2 months did not come true, thank you for that !!!!! Where do they recruit such miracle doctors ??? Where to go in this situation ?? Will someone be responsible for such a negligent attitude ???

Doctors and their qualifications are "state standard" - if you find a good one, take it! There were only good pediatricians, an ophthalmologist too, but a surgeon and an ENT - it was just awful ... On the phone, she wrote to go to the doctor on duty on Saturday, they will write out tests for you. The doctor on duty - KRIKLIVA Alevtina Anatoliyivna (for some reason from Peskov) said that she could not give analyzes, since electronic referrals are issued only via a computer, and the attendants do not have a computer! Then it turned out that these were ordinary tests for the discharge of which no equipment was needed. As a result, one day was lost. Plus, the "doctor" did not wash his hands before examining the child's throat with a spatula, which stand next to two or three (!) Centimeters with those already used. I asked not to look at the child's throat, but she did not react and still carried out an examination right through. At the same time, despite COVID-19, the mask dangled on her ear, and not on her mouth / nose, and before that, she used her tongue to flip through my card. On Monday I had to go to the doctor on duty, but the receptionist said that the appointment was 2 weeks in advance, but you can go to office 43 to the pediatrician - Nadezhda Vasilievna DOMCHENKO. Under the office, the baby and I stood for about an hour, but she never received us. The reception desk kicks to her, and she to the reception. We were received by the third doctor (for some reason in an infectious disease box, but without a mask), but don't ** beat, as she was in a hurry to get to the operative. These both of the above are exceptional *** specials, if you are reading this now, then there is only one question for you - why did you go to pediatricians if you hate children?!? ...
