Horrible reception service! Woman issuing coupons to narrow boorish specialists. Why should I just yell at them to achieve something ?? And yes, teach these women at the reception to use eHealth and explain how electronic databases work !! Tired of it. Each time the same thing. But there are no complaints against the doctors; Laura Gulyaeva was a very kind, attentive and competent doctor.
