Like all government agencies in Ukraine, Ukrposhta works disgustingly. I waited a month for the parcel, so I did not receive it either at the address or in the mailbox. When I came to the department itself, they refused to give me the package, so I did not know its number. Neither notification, nor SMS, nothing came. As a result, I arrived the other day, into another window, the line stood, and my package was found only by the phone number. All this time she was in the department. When they gave it to me, they did not ask for a passport or any other identification card. Boorish attitude and lack of professionalism

Pleasant, decent staff. With angelic, by the way, patience. JAMMERS, have respect for the people who work there from 8am to 8pm!
