It's horrible. Even in the absence of clients, service (as in all other Ukrposhta branches) is very slow and lazy. It is sad to look at the sour and always dissatisfied faces of the workers of this place. During the entire time of my appeal to various branches of Ukrposhta, I have never observed any efficiency in work, or cordiality and a smile on the faces of these gloomy and gloomy workers. Sadness-melancholy !!! I would never advise anyone, unless absolutely necessary, to contact here !!! The service is like I owe them something ...

The service is very slow, the women workers can easily sort out the packages / letters or even go about their business while I stand and wait for them. Sometimes it happens that I send two regular letters for about 30 minutes, no kidding. The terminal does not work constantly (they have connection problems). As a person in 2020, it is inconvenient for me to carry a bunch of small pieces of paper with me and it is easier to pay with a card or phone. Please pay attention to this and fix the problem. Well, the problem with receiving parcels from China. Perhaps the problem is not the mail itself. You never receive notifications that the goods have arrived (pieces of paper that are put in the box, or a message on Viber / telegrams), may lie there for several weeks, and I only find out about it when I go there myself and ask whether it came or not (If the parcel was not initially tracked ). Or vice versa, tracking the parcel writes that it was delivered to the post office, but they cannot find it in the post office for another week. The only plus for which I put 3 stars - close to home, that's all.
