I had the imprudence to go there with an order for individual tailoring of shoes (a large number of photos of the model of ballet shoes I selected were provided), to which I was assured that the shoes would turn out exactly as in the photo, and that, they say, a serious broom business does not knit, etc. A time frame of a couple of weeks was agreed (“we will specially order the necessary suitable Italian fittings for you, so it takes so long!”) And a deposit was left. I was not constrained by the means, so I agreed to pay as much as necessary and even more, the main thing was that the output was exactly what I ordered. When I came to the fitting two weeks later, I was just shocked. This "work" by no means attracted the ordered model. Even remotely! The fittings are generally quiet horror ("what did you want? We only have such fittings, we install everything and no one complains!") In general, I do not advise anyone! Naturally, I did not take anything there, except for the deposit.

I am surprised by the response of agent 007, she probably never was there. We often use the services of this workshop, repeatedly ordered tailoring of shoes and winter and summer, always very satisfied, the quality is excellent, and for the repair of shoes and bags in general nothing to say, everything takes on a new look.
