The room was clean and big enough. There was a small fridge. The hotel is close to a beach but the beach is dirty and full with people. Would be better idea to go to further beaches.

I have two impressions. We rested in August, we had two rooms. Of the pros: + location and sea view + good infrastructure around. There are many more cons. - disgusting cleaning. In five days, the room was cleaned only once! Moreover, both in the first and in the second. When leaving, they even specially hung up signs with a request to remove - zero. Leaving the room without tears it was impossible to look at the garbage bags in the restroom, sand, the light bulb there worked intermittently. I often had to go to the toilet or shower with a flashlight. In the room itself there is only 1 light bulb, not counting the toilet, there is very little light (( - terrible audibility. Children were always running along the corridor, yelling, you could hear the neighbors just talking in the next room. - The sockets are very ill-conceived. To turn on the kettle, I had to move the bedside table in one room, in the other - warm the kettle on the floor near the balcony (provided that I am with a child !, who can hook it at any time) - Well, the last moment. We left at 17.00, as the child had just a nap, decided to leave one room so that he could sleep there. Before booking, I asked the administration if they didn’t have a late check-out service, they said no. When I checked in, I clarified it again. Had to pay for 6 days. And so, on the day of departure, when I rented out the first room, the administrator was very surprised that we had to pay the full cost (1300 UAH) for just a couple of hours .... And as I understood, everything was possible. - well, when booking, I clarified that any double room is needed, in the end we were given two triple rooms, that is, I overpaid 400-500 UAH / day. It's a shame very much, I thought it was one of the top hotels in Berdyansk. We will not come here again.

Cozy and clean hotel with great views for a reasonable price. Open all year round, a good choice for a business trip.

Not a bad hotel, great location. Near the beach, not far from the center. Service = cost. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. The rooms, unfortunately, do not have a hairdryer, but it is possible to take one at the reception. Rooms are cleaned, but light. The cleanliness of the rooms would be better. In general, not bad, friendly staff is the key to success.

Decent hotel with a very tasty restaurant. The sea view is gorgeous. I liked the room very much - thoughtful interior, snow-white bed and towels, perfect cleanliness. A very cozy patio with gazebos, and in front of the hotel there is a clear sea. It was a little upsetting that the beach is urban, small and there are a lot of people from early morning ... But, next to it is a pier and no less clear water, where they also swim. I do not like to return to the same place for vacation twice, but I will return to the Maxim hotel again with pleasure.
