Acceptable but not for our European standards

The main disadvantage that simply did not give us a good rest is the door! When one of the neighbors entered or left their room and simply closed the door, the sound was as if someone had kicked our door with all their might from the foot. Loudly unreal. Because of this, we did not wake up when we wanted it, but when our neighbors woke up on one side and on the other (and they got up very early). Slept, called. Now, in order to the rest of the cons: 2. the price fluctuates depending on the influx, for the same room you can pay 900 UAH today, and in a week it will already be 1700, and these are not fictitious figures (but this is watered by the hotel, this is the case, though not pleasant); 3. no slippers (seriously? For 900 UAH / day you could have bought it); 4. there is no wardrobe, everything lay in a crowd on the couch (why is it needed there at all); 5. the bed consisted of two joined; 6. there was no warm blanket (at the reception they could only give one without a blanket cover); 7. there is no tag on the door (left for 15 minutes for breakfast, returned, and we already have a cleaning lady whom we did not call); 8. rusty shower holder (it was unrealistic to lower or raise it higher); 9. vouchers for breakfast (this is generally ridiculous, you can just write down the room number); 10. very few parking spaces, cars were parked wherever possible; 11. wrist bracelets (Kirillovka, are you serious?); 12. the food is very meager (only tea and soup were delicious, unfortunately, the rest is so, you can eat); 13. The mattresses on the sun loungers around the pool are very dirty, I didn't want to put my towel on them. When there are such minuses, there is no point in looking for pluses, they still will not cover.

Great hotel for a family vacation. Located in the center of Kirilovka, overlooking the amusement park (hence the name). The territory is safe, security does not allow outsiders. There are three pools (one adult and two children) with a beautiful terrace and bar, a small park, fresh air. Workshops are held for children, animators come. There is a children's room. For adults - classes for the spine (thanks to the coach), the performance of rock bands. The diet is balanced. Can be ordered at the hotel. The staff is polite and flexible. So, even for 4 days you will have a great rest. Now about the shortcomings. There is no private beach, on public - trash. No rules are followed, there is no distance between the beds, dirty. It is possible to have a normal rest there only from 5 till 8 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast during the holidays had to wait more than half an hour, the broth (which is strange for breakfast in general) was diluted with water, part of the food was not enough, we would have preferred milk porridge. Soap and shampoo were not given out (they said they forgot), I had to ask. The room was not cleaned until asked. Finally, you can transfer funds only through Privat24, or pay in cash. But, despite these small shortcomings, which I hope will be corrected by next time, I highly recommend this hotel. I put 5 out of 5. Others are much worse. We plan to stay here again.

Stayed 3 days! In the room "suite by the pool" in the toilet there is a stench, dirty, everything on the balcony is covered with cobwebs, the curtains in the room on the side are a little tattered, the pool is not bad, but in the "jacuzzi" except for slightly heated water, nothing was observed! The sunbeds are dirty and the mattresses on them are also dripping. Bed linen, namely, cough pillowcases! For the dining room I don't want to remember at all .. The food is not always tasty and the portions are not large, breakfasts are more or less, but it is better not to pay extra for lunch and dinner and go to Kirillovka to eat. By the number of not eaten bowls of borscht, or porridge that is given to the sink, you can really judge what people don't like! Yes, the area is large but the cleanliness is not canceled! The only plus is the Free Sauna in the Evening! And only because of her this hotel is called SPA!

This year we discovered the excellent Hotel "Panorama SPA" in the very "heart" of the resort town of Kirillovka and it was love at first sight. Come back here again and again! We enjoy the atmosphere and the landscapes surrounding us: the sea, pools, nature, animation, and the evening illumination ... mmm ... this is a separate issue))) I want to tell all potential guests: "Enjoy and do not look for minuses, be positive, because the mood we create ourselves! ".
