We rested in the boarding house Lotsia at the end of August. The impressions were just wonderful. Suite room for four. All new. Very clean and comfortable. The boarding house is located in the center of Kirillovka, very convenient, the sea, cafes, shops, a market - everything is nearby. I would especially like to note the hospitality of the owners of the boarding house, the beauty of the territory. The grape-covered courtyard creates a pleasant coolness after a hot holiday on the beach. Car parking, playground, internet - everything is very comfortable. I would like to thank the hostess Irina for a good rest and will definitely meet next year.

We rested this year in the Lotsia boarding house in a three-bed suite. We really liked it here, only positive emotions, the room is comfortable and beautiful, everything is clean, new, neat, both in the room and in the beautiful courtyard full of flowers and greenery. No problems with water, hot water around the clock! It's not far to go to the beach, 5-6 minutes. Nearby there is a pharmacy, shops with absolutely adequate prices. The owners are wonderful, they will always help and prompt everyone. Thanks to the hostess Irina, we are very glad that we settled with you, we had a wonderful rest. I wish you success and all the best)))) Next year we will definitely come.

We have been coming here for several years. Very satisfied: housing close to the sea, the market, supermarkets, the yard is very spacious, neat, there are all the conditions for life and most importantly, the prices are comfortable. Large selection of rooms, internet, kitchen, playground for children, large car parking. The hosts are friendly, polite, very nice people. Until we found this boarding house, we had a bitter experience in another location (conditions were very different from the description and the owner was so annoying 😱 that even words can not describe; because of which the rest of that summer was somewhat spoiled). Therefore, having got to "Locia", we appreciated both conditions, and the prices, and good owners. If you want to relax comfortably, without "surprises" in everyday life, you are in Locia. Definitely recommend.
