A great little get away. We had a pleasant stay and we would definitely return. Although there are improvements to be made, it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient establishment.

Great vacation for the whole family. Lots of entertainment for children, clean area, swimming pools. Nice kitchen. Nice music from morning to evening.

It's not a bad recreation center, but there are significant disadvantages. Excellent rooms, well-groomed area, playground, labyrinth, animation. Its own beach with awnings and sun loungers seems to be clean, BUT glass (!) Was found twice (!) It's good that it didn't stick in the leg and the child didn't get hurt while playing in the sand. In the room, the plums were not leaking well, in the washbasin and shower. Wi-Fi practically does not work, very weak signal. There are only 10 channels on TV, only one of them is for children and that one is terrible. Rooms were cleaned, as it seemed to me, every other day, although towels were changed every day, bedding twice a week. They cleaned very badly on the terrace, there is a carrot on the floor and it is not sufficiently gray. But this is all nonsense, in comparison with their cafe, the name of his restaurant will not turn his tongue. The staff is very sleepy, not interested, we have to wait a long time when they are willing to take the order, every time it seemed that we go there to eat for free and they do us a big favor. The blonde at the bar, a very unpleasant person who hates people and her job. They cook just awful, they don't follow the freshness of the products at all (!) Once I ordered pancakes with cottage cheese for dinner, my daughter refused to eat, took out the filling and ate only the pancake, I tried it, and the cottage cheese was bitter (!) I told the girls in the cafe, they promised that This will not happen again ... As a result, the next day, they ordered the child spaghetti and meat hedgehogs from the children's menu, brought cold, stale pasta with a smell (!) And this, for a minute, for the child (!) Is it really impossible to cook fresh ones ?! This shocked me, turned to the administrator, who listened absolutely indifferently to everything and promised to put things in order in the kitchen, check the refrigerators. After that, the child was not ordered anything else there. As for the breakfasts, they were more or less included in the price, but to get them in the room you had to wait until 10.30, when the child wants to eat already at 8.00. We decided to go to a cafe for breakfast at 8.30 and not wait for delivery. There was a choice according to the breakfast menu, but the quality leaves much to be desired, oatmeal in milk with colorful artificial candied fruits, pancakes are not lush, small and cold, scrambled eggs not with bacon, but with two tiny pieces of bacon. But the omelets and casserole were delicious, and the pastries are not bad, well, at least something)

The hotel is a small block of two-storey cottages styled like Swiss chalets. The area is cozy, decorated with plants, between the chalets there are several charming small areas with flower beds. On the territory of the hotel there are two small swimming pools with slides, there is a sauna and a hammam, and they offer massage services. This hotel is designed for families and therefore has several playgrounds for children. The car park is large. From the second floors of the hotel you can see the sea or the bay. The hotel does not have its own, direct access to the sea, to the beach you need to walk along the street for about 3 minutes. The beach of the hotel is quite intelligently fenced, it does not completely block the passage along the beach. The beach has its own sun loungers with mattresses; there is a clean toilet and a small bar; There are no dressing rooms. We lived in a semi-luxury room: the room is cozy, the bathroom is beautiful, there is our own, made to order by the hotel, cosmetics, though in bags, not in bottles. The shower room does not leak, the drain is good. The room has a kettle, plates and glasses ; for some reason there were no cups; tea is not provided. In addition to bath towels there are also beach towels. Large balcony; there are mosquito nets. A folding sofa serves as a bed; for two people this is not enough. We were in the hotel for 2 days, so we did not understand the cleaning system and linen change. The hotel provides an interesting breakfast system: every day you choose your own breakfast for the next day. The list of dishes is good: there are cottage cheese, porridge, cottage cheese casserole (I liked it), omelets, scrambled eggs, etc. In addition to selected dishes, baked goods are also provided. In general, the food in the restaurant is delicious (there is Azov fish on the menu), they bring it quickly, there are many waiters, but the portions are not large and the prices are quite high. I would like to especially note the competent receptionist. The "highlight" of the hotel is also the fact that the reserve begins almost immediately behind it and you can walk along the Fedotova Spit and admire nature.

We rested in June 2020. We arrived in this area for the first time (without renting a room!), But saw a cafe - we decided to stop by for a meal. We said that we were not guests of their hotel, but we were allowed to go through, we got just in time for breakfast. It is clean and cool inside, the waitress was very rude and did not know the menu at all, somehow, having made an order, they brought us some kind of "meat and vegetable plate" where there were two slices of cucumber and two tomatoes, bread and 2 slices of sausage and bacon. It was all very tasteless. The compote was cold and tasty, the coffee was disgusting. Some pastries like cottage cheese sticks also didn't come in very much ...
