Had a rest with my husband in August 2020. An excellent place for a comfortable stay both together and with a family. For the first time on the Ukrainian coast, we found a complex designed for people, not for pumping money. The first thing that surprised me was the cleanliness in the room and on the territory of the base. In the kitchen, dishes for all occasions. If you want to cook it yourself, you want to order food on the territory of the base, if you want it will be brought directly to the base. The beach is 2 minutes from the base, the coastline is wide, you come back from the sea at the entrance to the base to wash your feet so as not to carry sand to your room. Every morning, the maids pick up the trash, remove the cobwebs and sweep the midges from the street. The pool is clean and the sun loungers too. In general, I repeat once again - made for people. Special thanks to the administrator of the cottage number two - Jeanne, for the excellent organization of the rest. I recommend this database to everyone. An excellent combination of price and quality of rest.

A very good family hotel. There is fresh (but not drinking, you can cook soups on it) water. There are all the dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, glasses, a mop, soap, two burners on the stove. Well, damn it, they even put home slippers! ❤ You can also order food from them, but the prices are certainly not wrong. Easier to cook yourself. There is a TV and air conditioning (but both in one room). Nice bonuses: 1. At 7 and 9 in the morning bakers come with a mouthpiece outside the gate with buns, bread, breakfasts (type of dumplings, porridge, soups, pancakes, pizza cutlets, etc.) and also come for lunch but without a mouthpiece. 2. Under the gate, on the way to the sea, there is a grandmother with 15 shrimps (35 on the beach) with different wines and fish (she brings something up all the time, and she sweeps everything up to two) 3. At the base you can buy ice cream and watermelons at the same prices as outside. 4. You can buy water for 2 UAH l. 5. When we were there there was a guard nurse with 4 puppies. (They walk around the base and are so playful, well, just mi mi. + 40% mood.) Cons (they almost don't bother): 1. The pool is really with salt and bleach, but then you get used to it. 2. Fortune with neighbors. Hurray, lights out at 11. 3. The road to the beach (my neighbors and I nicknamed it at the barbecue) a lane with @ ₽ty₽. You will understand. 4. In our room, the door to the bedroom was closing loudly (rubbing on the floor) at night, you can't go to the bathroom without waking anyone up. 5. One wardrobe for 3-4 people. 6. Ko-ma-ry (even on the beach I fly in clouds) And there is a surf rental nearby. (We went out for a pure walk, and as a result, we rode all the time at sunset in the estuary on sap, then kayak) (we have never tried before) Further: if you walk along the beach, then go to the Hawaii base and there is a mini bazaar, and then we have a proven Pelican store, everything is there, from balls and milk to cheap tasty baklava and a wall of alcohol. Closer (also go) to the South base, there is a dining room for everyone, and with him the store is like a pelican but smaller. I really liked our hotel, it cannot be compared with others, it is the best in the area. And lastly, what you need to do there: ride a sapa, walk along the beach in the distance in the evening, take a photo on the stones, fry meat on a stone grill, play with puppies and have a luxurious vacation in the best hotel! 👍❤👍 I hope I will be useful. 😁

In the low season, many hotels were promoted from 500 to 1200 UAH / day. It has an ideal price / quality ratio + excellent owner. I advise everyone

Great place for families (even with children). All possible amenities, including all the necessary utensils, bedding, pool, parking and much more. Friendly and helpful staff! Everything is clean and nice. From the sea 100m. We have been resting for 3 years in a row and each time we are more and more convinced that this hotel is the best in its class.
