We rested in July 2020 in a double room on the third floor. Pros: - quickly settled, check-in at 14, as indicated; - not far from the center and all the entertainment, but there is no noise from them. Convenient location for evening walks; - reasonable prices for housing (650 UAH for two, 800 UAH for three); - clean territory, everything is as in the photo. - friendly and polite staff; - there is a grocery store on the territory, prices are the same as everywhere else, but if you need something, you can quickly buy what you need; - good shallow pool, cleaned every day; - there is a dining room on the territory, delicious dishes, pastries and prices are adequate; Can be ordered in advance, can be purchased upon availability; - new rooms and furniture, nice renovation, suspended ceilings, a set of dishes for everyone, good bed linen, a normal TV and not noisy modern air conditioner; - a table on wheels that can be rolled out onto the balcony and sit outside with a good view. On the first floors, wooden tables and chairs are on the street, very comfortable; - three gazebos on the territory with a cover and a barbecue with an exhaust hood for three sections; - drinking water on the territory at 2 UAH / liter; - kitchen on the territory with everything you need, there is a microwave; - electric kettle in the room; - beautiful view from the room, beautiful sunsets. Minuses: - there was no hot water promised around the clock, as it is heated by the sun. At 6-7 in the morning it was icy, closer to lunchtime at 11-12 it appeared warm, in the evening at 19-20 it was most often cool, and by the night it was cold again. Apparently, it all depends on the weather and population, so you need to adjust and this is not very good. - the refrigerator looks new, but very weak, almost does not get cold, the modes were changed, but nothing helped, I think that it needs to be repaired, it should not be so. Some products were lost because of this. The freezer was freezing normally. - the parking is located separately, through one yard, the passage is only through the central gate, you need to carry things into the room across the entire yard. Usually everything is packed. For those who have no places, they either put the car under the yard, or drive it into the territory of the base at night, but there are children running around all the time and everyone is walking around, this is inconvenient neither for the owners of cars who are constantly worried about them, nor for other vacationers. Again, it all depends on the population. One day had to be left under the yard during the day and at night on the territory of the base, on the other days there was enough parking space. - the nearest central beach is 750 m, you can't drive close by car, you still have to go and go down the stairs. - the beach is narrow, there is a cliff above it and from 18 pm there is already a shadow, there is almost no sun, and there are a lot of people, all on top of each other. We went to Fedotova Spit 3.5 km, there are good wide beaches, no one bothers anyone, but it's hard to find a parking place.

Had a rest with friends at the end of August 2020. According to the photo, I liked this hotel and it paid off. Quiet cozy courtyard, there are no establishments or hotels nearby where there is noise. Spacious rooms with everything you need (air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, coffee table, separate table with washbasin, toilet, shower, double bed and double sofa bed, cups, spoons, forks, plates, knife, cutting board). A spacious courtyard with gazebos and a 10-meter swimming pool, there are also barbecues of 3, stationary made of brick, with a chimney above the building, so that no smells and smoke will bother you. The hotel has a kitchen for preparing your own food, which has everything you need and skewers :). If you are eating with children, then this is just right. The hotel also has a dining room, where wonderful staff will prepare you a delicious brooch, meatball soup, pasta, pilaf, cutlets, buns and whatever you ask :). The territory, like the pool, is cleaned, everything is clean. The staff are very friendly and polite. On the territory there is a grocery store, as well as drinking water 2 UAH per liter. There are also three covered gazebos and a barbecue with a hood. It is convenient that there is a dining room: it was very tasty for us, the prices are adequate, everything is fresh for breakfast / lunch / dinner, the pastries are incredibly tasty. You can order in advance, you can purchase it like that. Photo with prices attached) There is a kitchen on site, a microwave oven. The rooms on the ground floor have wooden tables and chairs on the street, we wanted to go there, but unfortunately everything was already taken. You need to book in advance. SEA We walked to the sea for 7 minutes, the hostess showed two roads to the sea, there were both there and there, we like the central beach more, you need to go to it through the center. In general, the impressions were only positive, nothing spoiled our rest)

Family vacation in July. & @ Let's start with the fact that the photos do not correspond a little to the fact that the photos are taken on the site so that the pool seems to be huge, it is not. When there are a lot of people, the occupancy rate is high, then it is impossible to swim normally, everything is on each other's head. @ Two-room number, designed for 5-6 people, many. The rooms are tiny, obviously not for 6 people. @ The bathroom is also very small. @ For 6 people, 2 pretty little bedside tables. @ Pencil case main compartment for clothes to hang what is inconvenient. For 6 people it would be better with shelves. In general, the place to put things and belongings is too little. @ Asked to provide an additional bedside table, our problem was not helped. @ as soon as we drove in, there was dirt on the floor. Perhaps the girls cleaned, but only the water was changed badly ... There were strangers' clumps of black hair on the floor, which was very disgusting. @ the kitchen is open until 23:00, well that's not such a minus. These are the rules of this mini hotel. But it is inconvenient for those who return late from walks of the same luna park, which works until 12 at night. @ the pool generally works until 21:00 and this is not indicated anywhere on the sites, it is also not convenient at all. it is written already near the pool itself ... At least until 22.00 @ gazebos are always busy. against the gazebos there is a public kitchen at once. It is inconvenient for those who do not have the opportunity to put a table next to the room, our table was generally near the dining room. And everyone who wanted to sit down at it, bought up in the dining room and ate at our table. This is half the trouble, no pity. but we always cleaned after someone. @ very, very many flies and quite so biting, behind the fence at once, horses and donkeys, very often you can hear the stench, you know what, based on this, the husband is more than anywhere else. @ problems the hostess does not help to solve @ the water heats up from the sun, that is, in the morning and in the evening the water is barely warm. @ floors very cold, unpleasant sensation ... Upper body - hot, legs - freezing. You turn on the air conditioner, everything ... Legs are ice. @ parking problem @ those who eat with small children, it will be hard in terms of the pool area, it is not fenced, no high ledge. In our presence, a neighboring child fell. The depth is impressive for a child ... 1.5 meters. Of course, parents should watch out, but it's still very inconvenient and dangerous, given that the kitchen is in one place, your table is in another place, the barbecue is in the other side, the room can also be in another place. Children always run out of everyone, they can't sit still. They run next to this pool, wet their hands. And a second of the case falls, someone can hurt or push. + On the plus side, although the owners do not solve the problem, they are very friendly and kind. They do not sit overhead + every morning you can see that some kind of cleaning is underway + the pool is cleaned and cleaned every morning + the kitchen is always very clean + there are 3 barbecue areas with a hood to the top. (no smoke in the yard) + there is a sandbox and a swing + video surveillance cameras (but you still need to be vigilant) + delicious food in the dining room and at very affordable prices. They make everything fresh at once or pre-order, they don't sell anything of yesterday. Can sell lunch for dinner if someone asks. Or postpone for example. Well, in general, the cuisine is very tasty, fresh and affordable, the girl who helps the cook is the kindest person I saw there, always smiling and treats everyone with respect. @ there is drinking water on the territory of 2 UAH per liter. @ Immediately leave the gate, the store on the right has everything you need sooo convenient.

Clean and comfortable. The most correctly thought out rooms and territory. It was that rest when expectation / reality coincide 100%. This guest house has no cons. A clean pool is a huge bonus and a great alternative to the sea with jellyfish and tweezers😁
