Good choice. This year, because of quarantine, for the first time we had a rest with children on the Ukrainian Sea, we were worried about how it would be and the rest exceeded expectations. First of all, there is perfect cleanliness everywhere, there are no fungi, deposits, greasy, etc. there isn’t even dust on the upper surfaces - I specially checked before hanging a towel on the door, separate pieces for cooking are a perfectionist’s dream. The territory too - everything is perfect. We have not seen such a thing abroad so that it is so neat. Crockery, a full-sized refrigerator, towels, bedding, normal wi-fi - everything is in place. The rooms are modern, I can’t say that everything is perfect according to the layout: they lived in a family room with two bedrooms and a large balcony, I would like a hallway with a kitchen more spacious, but this is nit-picking and you can take a two-story room if you wish. The location is a little further from the sea than other cottages of this street, but it turned out to be a plus - it is much quieter, closer to the sea - more fun companies, cafes, etc. the road is about 60 meters from the cottage, someone will drive there every 5-10 minutes - it is not heard at all. We also worried that the room would be hot (second floor), it turned out to be just cool, very comfortable. The hostess is friendly, adequate, always ready to help. In general, I recommend!

Everything is really very clean and beautiful. All reviews here are valid. Very happy with the place of rest and the building itself. And the service is not bad, you will solve your problems. But a small detail. What kind of property do the owners worry about more than your vacation, well, it's like it should be. If you don't notice it often.

Near the hole there is a table with chairs) an ashtray) the place is high) To the center far on foot, on a minibus for 7-10 minutes with a thousand axles, stopping)) By the way, the insulation is excellent)) we lived on the first floor, no one interfered) absolutely nothing was heard) There is nothing near the room) clothes dryer with clothespins) There is where to wash your feet after the beach) Ideal))))

Only good impressions !!! Well-groomed area, clean comfortable rooms. Tatyana is a wonderful hostess. Will definitely come again!
