We rested twice, rooms 32 and 38. By placement 38, the room is better - a third bed, a bed, and is in the bedroom, not in the kitchen, but the minus is that there is a shared toilet on top and you constantly hear movement. Bathrooms in both rooms are outdated. The territory of the base is beautiful. The plus is that it is good to go by companies, there are numbers of different categories for any budget. The cafe does not use its potential, the food is not tasty, even pizza cannot be prepared in such a way that one would like to buy more.

Just love this place. Found by chance about 15 years ago. We tried other bases, but each time we return here. Just the price and quality is very consistent. Close to the sea, nice rooms. What else do you need for a holiday in Kirillovka?

We rested at this base from August 11 to 16, 2020 in a 2-bed suite in the building. Reviews of course are different on the Internet and were very doubtful before going with a small child. On the plus side is a spacious room consisting of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has air conditioning, a TV and a wardrobe. Chair-bed. A comfortable huge bed. There is an opaque curtain on the window, thanks to which the child slept perfectly. The minimum set of dishes in the kitchen, there is a gas stove, of course, there is not enough microwave. In the case, almost everyone with children, no drunken companies and late festivities under the windows. The territory of the base is green and well-groomed, in tiles and with concrete paths. There is an opportunity to ride a stroller and not ride on the sand, as at most bases on Fedotka. The presence of a playground and the sea is very close. I didn’t like the fact that the paid parking lot is 25 UAH, although it cannot be called such. Cars stand on the grass near the hull and no one is watching them. At the first conversation on the phone, I was outraged by the fact that for a child aged 1 year, an additional payment of 100 UAH per day was required. This, of course, is already completely redneck, dear owners of the base! However, when talking with another administrator, it turned out that from August 10, this surcharge is no longer required. Thanks for that. For booking, a prepayment of 2 days is required. The cost of one day, in case of no-show, no one will return to you. Of course, there is no such nonsense at any base. We are all human and there are different situations in life. The room has an unpleasant smell, it seemed to me, because of the sewer. The neighbors really assured that this smell was due to the fact that the room was poorly cleaned. When checking in, they pointed out this to the administrator, which caused extreme discontent. True, the room was immediately washed. Although what kind of discontent can we talk about ... People came to rest for 2 weeks. On the eve of departure (in the evening) hot water disappeared from us and from two neighboring rooms. Allegedly, the ten in the boiler broke down. We left the next day and people sat under the number and said that the boiler did not work. But this is already like that, although the administrator could have bothered to offer to wash for free in a paid shower on the territory of the base. Check-out from the room before 10 o'clock. At 9-40 the administrator came, complaining about the congestion of the base and stood over the "soul" while we dressed the child. Will we come back to Livadia ??? I think yes. We wish the owners of the database success and prosperity and, of course, customer focus !!!!

Beautiful beach. Close to the sea. Purely

The second time we come, the first time we lived in the economy. Everything seems to be good, but there is no sound insulation from the word at all. The walls between the rooms are just plastic, but there is nothing inside. If the neighbors turn on the light at night, then we will also have light. This year we went to suite number 29: excellent! The only thing is that on the street on top of the table, sand is poured from the neighbors from the stairs. In general, the base is very clean, the cafe is also good: special thanks for the mackerel on the grill - divine! The playground is not bad, the animation is of course weak, suitable only for diligent children. This year it rained for two days and flooded many bases, but Livadia was at a height and all the water quickly left, other bases pumped water for three more days.
