The first time we rested in this private boarding house. Hospitable hosts. Purity. Fresh renovation in the rooms. Common clean kitchen with all the necessities. Delicious and affordable food. We were very glad that it turned out to have a rest "at home"! Thanks to the hosts. P. S. Cheesecakes are simply delicious.

Great place to stay! The atmosphere of home comfort. The good-natured hostess Irina does everything to make it clean, cozy, tasty, comfortable to rest. Having experience of staying in various hotels as good and not so good, I can say with confidence that the Azov Utes guest house is one of the best vacation spots on the Azov coast.

We had a rest this year, a great place, hospitable hosts, very tasty cuisine !!! The rooms are comfortable, clean, there is always hot water everything is thought out to the smallest detail, a clean fresh water pool, a playground, 10 minutes to the sea))) We will come again!

We had a rest at the beginning of July 2019, thanks a lot to the hosts for the warm welcome, clean rooms, well-groomed territory, Irina cooks deliciously, tasted cheesecakes more than ever! Recommend! I especially recommend for families with children, you don’t have to worry about cooking and its quality, there is also a swimming pool on site, very good impressions! Will definitely come next year with the whole Family
