It is not so difficult to work "under the franchise" of a well-known world brand, but the ability to communicate with customers, provide quality and qualified service, find compromise solutions to controversial issues - this is not about this store !!! I will not go into details about the threats I heard in my favor, after I filed a complaint about the NON-PROVISION of the service for the repair of equipment, for which they took UAH 500. But I recommend everyone: clearly check the equipment after the repair, ask for supporting documents for payment for spare parts and for work performed .... (until the signing of the act of transfer of services provided), otherwise you will be "sent" the next day, if you address them with complaints. I am sure that many people were in this situation, but everyone is silent and afraid to make public about the "quality" of service in this store. Draw your own conclusions.

Original products, certified point, best prices) Found this store through the site stihl.ua and through the Facebook page. I trust only this store because in the bazaars and other non-certified stores they sell counterfeits and replace spare parts with Chinese ones, so I trust only the official dealer!

Loved the fast, but most importantly the quality service. Salespeople are skilled and friendly, always helpful. In the store a large assortment, you can find any parts. I recommend.
