Inhuman treatment of customers - the queue does not move more than 6 hours. People are freezing outside. The guard is very rude. People asked to start to warm up - didn't let! Customers come to the bank in vain for 3-4 days! The work of employees is terribly slow! Nobody answers phone calls!

OTP bank is a very good and reliable bank! The staff are very kind and helpful. The administration is fast, in my opinion, this is due to the fact that the bank employees are constantly training themselves and are thus up to date.

I am very satisfied with the services of the bank. During my several visits, I always had a pleasant atmosphere. The workers are attentive and helpful. Thank you OTP bank 😊

I am tired of bakal me mé semi trouble was not with us imar a year ago believe my card is open problem yet was not 😊😘
