The worst bank in our city, the most unprofessional service, the most lazy and unskilled workers. She needed to pay bills (not utility bills), stood in line at the cashier, the cashier said she didn't have the program and she couldn't make a payment, she sent us to a female employee who helps pay through the terminal. To which this girl said that through the terminal such payment cannot be made, and the cashier simply does not want to pay bills today. 07.11.2019
