Very very busy, it's a good place to sit and have a drink or some food be prepared to wait for the waitresses especially if you're in the far corner of the restaurant! They do have free Wi-Fi and there are plenty of quiet corners where you can sit with the friends and not be disturbed . They also have good toilets, and of course I'll part of the Rayon (region) shopping centre. In summer they have tables out onto the pavement, which a nice although a bit too close to the road
