Details: Booked a triple room for 5 nights and a parking space through Booking. The confirmation letter stated that payment is made at the settlement and no prepayment is required. But from the apartment I received a message that you need to make an advance payment on the card, otherwise "we do not keep the number." Wrote about it in support of Booking, but while waiting for an answer decided to still pay. Upon entering the territory, we were asked to leave the motorcycle under the stairs, not in the parking lot. Although it was confirmed! And at the settlement we were shown a different room, not the one we booked. Double, dark, small and without air conditioning. Because they have already settled other people in our place. This was explained by the fact that they did not see a "triple motorcycle". And so we decided that it would be better for us to stay in a room for two. They offered to stay for 2 nights in a double room and then move to a 3-bed room and a discount of UAH 100 / UAH 200, respectively. We were not satisfied with this, because comfort is more important. We immediately wrote a review on Google. But they started calling in English-language Booking support. During this time, we began to make complaints in high tones why we left a negative response and what does not suit us. Yes, to demand money and for us to look for other housing. But after we heard that we called in support of Booking, and Booking in turn to the hotel owners, the conversation became more constructive. We were offered another triple room in another hotel and returned the deposit. Due to the irresponsible attitude to their work and lack of dignity, the owners of the apartment created unnecessary problems. This is the worst experience. P.S. later in the evening I received a booking message from the apartment that was sent to us by mistake. Apparently it was addressed in support of Booking. Screen # 5.

As a result: if you book a certain room in this hotel, you will be handed over anything. Expect a rude attitude. And about the hotel - very little space. Tiny parking. Small rooms, the one we were offered was like a dog house. There is no air conditioning in the room for two. There are much better options in Beregovo.
