Clean rooms, great staff. There is a kitchen, WiFi, sauna, swimming pool, tub, barbecue, billiards. Very nice owner! We have rested more than once and we will come back again.

I liked everything very much, clean, comfortable rooms. Very warm in the room and the location is great. The only thing I will say is, do not get fooled by the pool, it is not realistic to get there, the priority is not the guests of the Villa. Near Zhayvoronok, thermal waters, they are more interesting 👌🏻
