A separate huge plus is the distance to the state thermal pool, about 70 steps !!! 7-10 minutes to the city center. And the same with 10 minutes before the lark. Right next to the grocery store, across the road 30 meters from the cafe. In short, a VERY CONVENIENT PLACE

Everything would be fine, but the soundproofing is lame. Drywall partitions: not serious. Noisy and noisy from the road. And so solid "3". There is something to work on.
